        - fontfiles/ExistenceTest.{pfb,ttf} weren't marked as
          binary in the CVS repository (caused test failures if you
          built from CVS on Win32)
        - Makefile.PL should now handle INCLUDE or LIB with spaces in them
          correctly on Win32.
